Quran Memorization

Quran memorisation means learning the Quran by heart with devotion and consistent revision. Our Hifz programme is taught by Hafiz and Hafiza teachers who have memorised the Quran themselves, using a structured revision system so what is memorised stays memorised. Timescales vary considerably with age and time commitment — we set a realistic plan at the trial stage rather than promise a number. Available for selected surahs or the full Quran, alongside daily Quran lessons.

Quran Reading

Learning to read the Quran is where every student begins. Our online Quran reading course starts from the Arabic alphabet and the Noorani Qaida, taught one-to-one by qualified male and female teachers, at a time that fits your family in Leeds.

Tajweed means reciting the Quran with correct pronunciation. Reading without applying the Tajweed rules can change the meaning of a word entirely. Our online Tajweed classes cover articulation points, elongation, nasal sounds and stopping rules — taught live by Qari teachers who hear every recitation and correct it in the moment.

Qari, Hafiz and Alima teachers

Every one of our 100+ teachers is a Qari, Hafiz, Alim or Alima. A Hafiz has memorised the entire Quran; a Qari is trained in recitation with proper Tajweed; an Alim or Alima has completed six to eight years of formal Islamic scholarship. Only 1 in 10 applicants pass our own testing and training on Tajweed and teaching ability before their first lesson.

Female Quran teacher

Alongside our male tutors we have a dedicated team of female Quran teachers for girls, sisters and any family that prefers female instruction. Many of them are Hafizas and Alimas, with the same qualifications and teaching experience as our male teachers. Request a female teacher when you register — no extra charge and no explanation needed.

Monthly plans, no contract

One on one Quran classes

Some adults hesitate to learn alongside children, and understandably so. Every lesson we teach is one-to-one — never a group — so adult learners in Leeds work privately with their own teacher, at their own pace, with nobody else in the room.

Interactive Classes

Lessons are live and interactive, using a shared screen and digital Quran so teacher and student always see the same page. Sessions are 30 minutes — long enough for real progress, short enough to hold a child's attention after school. Take your lesson on a laptop, tablet or phone.

Timings are yours to choose. There are no fixed class times — tell us when your family is available and your teacher will call you at that time. If your circumstances change, we move the slot rather than expecting you to drop out.
